NOLA {Wedding Recap}

I think this has been one of the busiest summers ever! A couple weekends ago we had an adult weekend to New Orleans to celebrate the marriage of my dear friend Rachel to her new hubby, Shawn! The wedding was an absolute blast!! We got to hang out with our closest friends and meet new ones from all the festivities!

We drove down Thursday afternoon to make it in time for the rehearsal dinner held at Rachel's parents home. The Browns rode with us and of course there was a stop at Whataburger and the daiquiri drive through before crossing the Lake Pontchartrain bridge.

We had an awesome time during the day and into the night Friday! It was filled with good food, drinks, Dopsie, Carousel bar at Hotel Monteleone, Razzoos, and Masquerade!

On the day of the wedding we went to brunch, shopped a little, and spent the rest of the day at the hotel pool before meeting for a pre-wedding cocktail at the hotel bar.
